Prior to joining us in 2019, Hung worked in a Hong Kong law firm specialising in commercial litigation and handled matters such as winding up proceedings, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duties, cross border contractual disputes and appointment of provisional liquidators. He also has extensive experience in urgent applications for interlocutory injunctions and pre-action discovery. He frequently represented listed companies in Hong Kong and overseas as well as directors and shareholders of both listed and unlisted companies.
