He has extensive experience in obtaining injunctive relief, including freezing injunctions, anti-suit relief and disclosure orders.
Strachan also has wide experience of arbitration, having handled multiple disputes conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including HKIAC, SIAC, LCIA and CIETAC.
Prior to joining us in 2019, Strachan worked at an international law firm in both London and Hong Kong, where his practice focussed on complex cross-border litigation and arbitration in fraud, banking, insolvency, insurance and international trade matters.
