Sooyeon Jang is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group of our Hong Kong office. Her practice focusses on banking and finance transactions as well as corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining us, Sooyeon worked as an associate in the credit practice group of the US law firm, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. During that period, she handled a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisition finance, real estate financing and leveraged buyouts (LBO).
