Acting on behalf of AE Industrial Partners, a prominent private investment firm with US$6.2 billion in assets under management, in the acquisition of three aircraft from Boeing Capital previously on lease to a leading European operator, and the re-leasing of these aircraft to the same airline. Providing legal support under Cyprus law for the new leasing and subleasing arrangements, with the transaction facilitating a seamless transition and ensuring the continued operation of these aircraft
