She has experience in a wide range of corporate & commercial and banking & finance matters including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. In addition, she advises on estate and succession planning matters including applications for grants of representation and is experienced in dealing with contentious and non-contentious probate proceedings.
