Nicole Pineda is the head of the Banking and Finance practice in our Cayman office. Nicole advises on all forms of financing transactions involving Cayman Islands entities. Her practice is concentrated on structured finance and securitisation, including CLOs, emerging market future cash flow backed securities, international capital markets, project and infrastructure finance and secured lending.
