Lawrence Sham is a member of our Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on investment fund formation and ongoing maintenance, investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining us, Lawrence worked in the corporate team at an international law firm in Hong Kong. Prior to joining us, Lawrence worked in the corporate team at an international law firm in Hong Kong. There he assisted institutional investors, as well as investment fund managers, on various types of cross-border transactions, including investment fund formation, joint venture and investment transactions.
He passed the bar in the People’s Republic of China in 2013, and he is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales since 2019. He does not practise PRC law.
Lawrence is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
