Jane is a member of the Corporate team in our Hong Kong office and she specialises in corporate and commercial matters. Jane has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other cross-border corporate finance matters.
Prior to joining Harneys, Jane completed her training at Woo Kwan Lee & Lo and handled a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other general compliance matters in relation to Hong Kong listed companies and REITs.
Jane is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
