Gareth is a chartered insurer by background, although his professional career has predominantly focussed on the management of international law firms and corporate services businesses at COO and regulated director level. He is a specialist in mergers, startups, reorganisation, and remuneration within the legal sector and has held senior leadership positions at Linklaters, Withers, and Appleby in Europe, the US, and Asia. He has also been a client director on structures including regulated funds, shipping, and captive insurance companies.
