Carolynn Vivian is a member of our Cayman Islands practice group and advises on all aspects of Cayman corporate and commercial law. She advises financial services clients on matters relating to the conduct of business, licensing and regulatory reporting and approvals.
Prior to joining us, Carolynn practised at Higgs & Johnson in the Cayman Islands and Borden Ladner Gervais in Canada. Before that, she practised at a leading Sydney law firm and served as in-house counsel in London. Carolynn specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and finance transactions, restructuring and local licensing. She also advises on the establishment, operation and restructuring of open and closed-ended funds, and funds listed on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
