Anthony Rafferty trained in Ireland with a leading insolvency firm. During this time he gained relevant experience working on liquidations and examinerships. He was also involved in schemes of arrangements, restorations of companies and assisted on the Quinn case, which is the largest litigation case ever to come before the Irish Courts.
Before joining us, Anthony worked in the litigation department at Arthur Cox in Ireland where he gained valuable experience on numerous litigation cases, assisting many of the biggest banks in Ireland. Anthony is a foreign analyst under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, assisting clients with investigations, insolvency and enforcement matters as a member of the firm’s Litigation and Restructuring department in Hong Kong.
