Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, Alla practiced in Bennett Jones LLP’s Toronto office focusing on corporate, M&A, real estate and debt financing transactions. Alla completed her articles at the Ontario Securities Commission in Toronto, Canada at the Office of the Secretary and the Derivatives Branch.
