Updated CySEC form for calculating 2024 annual fees

On 24 March 2025, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) released an updated version of Form 87-03-01 to include annual fees for 2024 (the Updated Form). The Updated Form is available on CySEC’s website and must be used by Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) for their annual fee submissions.

CIFs are required to fill in fields 1.5 to 1.7 of the Updated Form, completing the relevant grey sections as specified in the provided instructions. Alongside the completed Updated Form, the following appendices must be submitted to CySEC:

  • An extract from the audited financial statements showing the total turnover for 2024.
  • Proof of payment of the annual fees to CySEC.

The fully completed and signed Updated Form must be submitted through the CySEC portal no later than 30 April 2025, together with the payment of the annual fee.
