Reduction in annual fees for Cayman Islands registered private funds structured as exempted limited partnerships

The Cayman Islands government has reduced the annual fee payable for an exempted limited partnership that is registered with CIMA as a private fund. The new annual fee is US$1,500.
An exempted limited partnership that is not registered with CIMA as a private fund must continue to pay the annual fee of US$2,500.
