On 14 May 2024, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) published Circular 642, on the electronic submission of information for the year 2023 under the Risk Based Supervision Framework (RBSF).
CySEC calls both Cyprus companies that have securities listed on the regulated market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Cyprus companies that have securities listed on a regulated market of an EEA country, to complete the designated forms – Form RBSF-LLC and Form RBSF-ILC respectively. These forms are to be submitted exclusively through CySEC's Transaction Reporting System. The deadline for submission is set for 10 June 2024.
CySEC underlines the necessity for listed companies to furnish the requested information within the stipulated timeframe as part of its risk based supervision framework.
For a more comprehensive summary of the submission process and associated details, interested parties are encouraged to review Circular 642 here.
