Cyprus issues DAC6 Guidance Notes

On 1 November 2021, the Cyprus Ministry of Finance issued a Decree based on article 22Z on Administrative Cooperation in the Sector of Taxation Amending Law of 2021 (Κ.Δ.Π. 438/2021) (theDecree) with regards to the implementation and regulation of issues arising from the transposition of the DAC6 Directive into national law earlier this year.
The Decree was published in the Official Gazette on 29 October 2021 and can be found (only in Greek) here. Our team is working on an English translation of the Decree which will be posted to this blog shortly.
