Cayman Islands issues a guidance on financial sanctions

The Cayman Islands Financial Reporting Authority (FRA) has issued a guidance on financial sanctions.
The guidance outlines the obligations under financial sanctions, including the approach to licensing, compliance issues and reporting responsibilities to the FRA.
The FRA is responsible for carrying out certain functions with respect to the implementation of targeted financial sanctions for terrorism, terrorist financing, proliferation and proliferation financing in the Cayman Islands.
