Cayman 2019 CRS Compliance Form filing deadline now 15 September 2021

On 22 January 2021 the Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) announced an extension of the deadline to submit the 2019 CRS Compliance Form. The form must be filed by 15 September 2021. This is also the same date by which the 2020 CRS Compliance Form must be filed.

The DITC Portal is currently open for submission of the 2019 CRS Compliance Form, except for bulk uploads.
