BVI regulator issues notices on COVID-19

The BVI Financial Services Commission issued two press releases this week informing the industry on its own Covid-19 preparedness measures:
- In its BVI head office, in-person meetings have been suspended; parties seeking to meet with the regulator are now restricted to using online / remote facilities until further notice.
- Conversely, in the regulator’s Hong Kong office, in-person working practices have resumed as of 15 March 2021.
