BVI Licensees: June 2022 filing deadlines
17 Jun 2022
|
BVI Licensees with a 31 December year-end should be aware that audited financial statements must be filed with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) by 30 June 2022.
Licensees must ensure that they comply with these filing obligations within the prescribed deadlines.
The financial statements must be accompanied by a director’s certificate and a report on the affairs of the company.
The FSC has a low-tolerance approach to late or missed filings and may impose fines for non-compliance. Read our full guidance notes here.
Send an email to BVI Fund Services for further assistance.
