BVI Licensees: June 2023 filing deadlines
12 Jun 2023
|
This is a reminder for BVI Licensees with a 31 December year-end that audited financial statements need to be submitted to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) no later than 30 June 2023. It is essential for licensees to ensure compliance with these filing obligations within the specified deadlines.
When filing the financial statements, please make sure to include a director’s certificate and a report on the affairs. We want to emphasise that the FSC maintains a strict policy regarding late or missed filings and may impose fines for non-compliance. To gain a better understanding of the requirements, please refer to our comprehensive guidance notes, here.
For any further assistance, please feel free to send an email to BVI Fund Services. Alternatively, if you have already completed and finalised your financials, you can provide us with the complete set for our filing with the FSC.
