The BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) has published its statistical bulletin for the third quarter of 2022, providing statistics, information, and analysis on financial services activities. The FSC’s statistical bulletin is one mechanism by which the FSC communicates the progress made within several different sectors of the financial services industry.

In Q3 of 2022, a number of enforcement actions were levied against BVI entities, for example, notices of administrative penalties, warning letters, and revocation of licences. Enforcement actions are published in the form of public advisories and statements and can be found here and here.
