BVI Approved Manager: June filing deadline
10 Jun 2022
|
Approved managers with a 31 December year-end should be aware that financial statements must be filed with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) by 30 June 2022.
Approved managers must ensure that they comply with the filing obligation within the prescribed deadline. The financial statements must be accompanied by a director’s certificate and a report on the affairs of the company. The FSC has a low-tolerance approach to late or missed filings and may impose fines for non-compliance. Read our full guidance notes here.
