The BVI Commercial Court has strengthened its bench in the forthcoming legal year with the appointments of Justice Gerard Ferrara QC, Justice Adrian Jack and Justice Gerhard Wallbank.
Head of our Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring group in the BVI, Andrew Thorp noted that "quality and expedition are the key factors that drive a commercial court and bring business to the jurisdiction. We are indeed fortunate that these are hallmarks of our Commercial Court Justices and the appointments underline our position as a leading dispute jurisdiction".
