Harneys named Offshore Law Firm of the Year by IFLR Asia-Pacific

Harneys is pleased to announce winning Offshore Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards. In addition, the firm received a Deal of the Year award for its involvement in the 51job take-private financing. The results were announced on 22 March at a ceremony attended by the firm’s Global Head of Banking & Finance and Corporate groups, Paul Sephton, and Singapore Managing Partner, Lishi Fong.

Paul commented, "We are delighted with the awards and the continued recognition of our Asia team.” The awards recognise legal innovation in cross-border transactions. Winners were determined using a variety of sources, including interviews with private practice lawyers, in-house counsel, and corporate finance professionals.
