Nancy specialises in project and asset finance transactions and security structures and also advises clients in corporate law matters and mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include major international banking institutions and multinational companies. Nancy is continuously recognised by IFLR1000 as a leading transactional lawyer as well as a market leader.
