Harneys advises Vinanz Limited on Aquis Stock Exchange listing

Harneys recently acted as British Virgin Islands counsel to Vinanz Limited on its successful listing on the Aquis Stock Exchange. Vinanz commenced trading on the Aquis Exchange on 21 April 2023.

Vinanz aims to build a comprehensive Bitcoin mining company with an initial focus on installing clusters of Bitcoin miners within multiple facilities throughout the US and Canada. Vinanz plans to do this through the use of third-party cryptocurrency mining providers. On admission to the Aquis Exchange, Vinanz acquired the Bitcoin mining operations of Valereum PLC.
