Harneys advises SEALSQ Corp on NASDAQ listing
Harneys acted as BVI legal counsel to SEALSQ Corp, a BVI company, on its successful US listing. SEALSQ’s shares commenced trading under the ticker “LAES” on the Nasdaq Global Market on 24 May 2023. The SEALSQ team rang the opening bell on the exchange on 26 May.
SEALSQ is an international security solutions provider, specialising in semiconductor, PKI, and post-quantum technology hardware and software. Its post-quantum solutions include post-quantum microchips and devices that can be used in a variety of applications, from multi-factor authentication devices, home automation, and IT network infrastructure, to automotive, industrial automation, and control system. SEALSQ was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of WISeKey International Holdings AG. The deal proceeded via an innovative transaction which involved all WISeKey shareholders receiving shares via a special dividend.
