Harneys advises Eshallgo Inc on its NASDAQ listing
Harneys acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Eshallgo Inc (Eshallgo) on its successful initial public offering on NASDAQ with an offering size of US$5 million. The shares of Eshallgo have been listed and commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on 2 July 2024 under the symbol “EHGO”.
Eshallgo is a one-stop service enterprise specialising in creating solutions for large offices. Its core business is office integration procurement, including the sale and lease of office equipment and related maintenance services. The group has 20 years of experience and is committed to providing quality services to its clients.
The project was led by Shanghai-based Senior Associate Lily Zhang with support from Shanghai-based Partner Calamus Huang.
