Hot on the heels of a recent partner hire in the Hong Kong Litigation team, the British Virgin Islands office also welcomes new senior talent to their Litigation department with John McCarroll SC joining Harneys as counsel.
John has over 30 years of experience at the Chancery Bar in England and Wales and the Bar of Ireland, where he latterly took silk in 2013, specialising in commercial and chancery work, notably shareholder disputes and insolvency related matters. He was also a member of the Irish Central Bank’s senior panel and is a member of the Chancery Bar Association and the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.
